User Agreement for gmTribe Platform.

1. Introduction and Acceptance By using the gmTribe ("Platform"), you ("User") agree to the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services gmTribe provides a platform that facilitates the distribution of funds on a blockchain at the User's discretion. gmTribe does not hold or manage these funds on its books.

3. User Responsibilities

   1. Users are responsible for managing their funds and understanding the nature of blockchain technology and digital assets.

   2. Users must ensure the accuracy of all transaction details before authorizing transfers.

   3. Users must not, are not, and for the duration of the time you access the Protocol, will not be

      1. the subject of economic or trade sanctions administered or enforced by any governmental authority or otherwise designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties (including but not limited to the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, His Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (the “UK Treasury”), and the U.S. Department of Treasury) (collectively, “Sanctioned Person”)

      2. a citizen, resident, or organized in a jurisdiction or territory that is the subject of comprehensive country-wide, territory-wide, or regional economic sanctions by the United Nations, European Union, any EU country, the UK Treasury, or the United States, including without limitation Cuba, the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, or Yemen (collectively, “Restricted Territories”); You do not intend to transact with any Sanctioned Person or any persons or entities who reside in, are citizens of, are located in, are incorporated in, or have a registered office in any Restricted Territory;

4. Disclaimer of Liability gmTribe and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any loss of funds, data, or other damages resulting from the use of the Platform.

5. Transfer Agreement The funds are held by gmTribe but are managed and distributed at the Payor’s discretion using the non-custodial blockchain technology provided by the Platform. In this instance gmTribe will act as a “Transfer Agent” for tax purposes, effectuating a payment on behalf of and from the Payor (where the funds originate) to other platform users, subject to specific Payor discretion.

6. Risk Acknowledgment By using the Platform, Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with blockchain technology and digital assets, including but not limited to the risk of loss, hacking, and volatility.

7. Content Review and Discretion: gmtribe reserves the sole and absolute right to accept, reject, score, or decline to score any user-submitted content or posts as part of its campaigns or programs. This discretion may be exercised for any reason, including but not limited to content quality, alignment with campaign goals, community guidelines, or compliance with applicable laws and policies. All decisions made by gmtribe in this regard are final and not subject to appeal.

8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.
